Working in partnership around an intensive schedule, we first identified business priorities and aims, and were able to construct a clear and consistent information hierarchy.
We quickly understood that we had a situation where the existing online presence undersold the expertise and experience of F1. Core business areas were not obvious and therefore the website experience confused visitors.
Through our Agile discovery process, we implemented a range of workshops with all key business stakeholders. Successful outputs were actual benchmarks on how the business is seen and engages with its customers. By exploring data from the company CRM, analytics and financials, we developed a strategy that started with the brand, and concluded towards an authentic web and digital outlook.
